Search Only

We acknowledge that full service search and selection is not always the most appropriate or cost-effective method particularly in the case of niche appointments or where other methods have failed to deliver and time is of the essence.

We pride ourselves on our flexibility of service and have seen a growing number of clients wishing to use a part service approach to deliver on these particular appointments. Our search only approach includes briefing and preparation, research and head-hunt with candidates fed in at long-list stage. This is particularly relevant when dealing with a very specific skill-set and experience where advertising may have limited impact.

Search is also most effective for those roles where there is likely to be most competition for candidates as this allows better dialogue and opportunity to sell the benefits of the particular appointment whilst ensuring control of selection stages remains with Hiring Managers and internal HR functions.
