Dixon Walter have worked in the Higher Education sector for over thirty years and we are driven to provide services that meets the needs and aspirations of the full range of institutions. Although we have deep understanding of the Higher Education sector, we do not assume we have all the answers nor are our services 'off-the-shelf'. Our objective is to work closely with our clients in order to really understand their requirements and specific issues that are relevant to them. We operate a 'no surprises' policy and will regularly communicate our findings and progress throughout all recruitment exercises. In consultancy we will advise, but we will also listen so that we continually review our service to ensure it continues to meet changing needs.
