Anne Corbin appointed as Chief Financial Officer for The James Hutton Institute

Following our continued success in appointing senior finance leaders within HE, Dixon Walter were delighted to have supported The James Hutton Institute with this key appointment. We wish both Anne and the whole team every success in this latest chapter of continued development.

Prior to her appointment at VSA, Anne held a number of senior-level positions for large companies across a variety of sectors including energy and manufacturing.

Anne studied Economics and Management at the University of Aberdeen and will be based at the Hutton’s Craigiebuckler campus. In her new role, she will contribute to the strategic planning and development of the Hutton, ensure the efficient use of resources, and help deliver major capital programmes that enable world-class science.

Speaking on her appointment, Chief Executive Colin Campbell said: “Anne is a fantastic appointment for the Hutton. With her wealth of financial experience and excellent track record across a range of sectors, she’s equipped with all the skills required to thrive in this new role.
