Member of Council and Chair of Audit and Risk Committee
As leader of the Audit and Risk Committee you will also be charged with delivering an annual report expressing the Committee’s opinion on the adequacy of such systems and control. As Assistant Director for People and OD you will provide high level expert advice to senior colleagues whilst also leading the specialist teams for People Development, Employee Engagement, Management Information, Equality and Diversity and the University Teaching Academy. You will oversee the successful delivery of discrete projects and workstreams focussed around organisational performance, capability and culture as well as leading and co-ordinating the University’s wellbeing offer.
