Student-focused, inclusive, courageous and deeply rooted in the community we serve, LJMU is a remarkable university.
For the past 200 years, we have been the university for the people of Liverpool. We have raised people up, championed change and worked in partnership with people and organisations to make a difference. All the while placing our students at the heart of everything we do.
And while we strive to make a difference across the globe, our deep bond with our city region drives our actions. LJMU is about being part of something bigger. We are a university defined by passion, purpose and the pride of our students achieving their fullest potential. A place where our students, staff, alumni, partners and community belong.
The Faculty of Health, Innovation, Technology and Science encompasses nine schools and two institutes. It is one of our two faculties and comprises 40% of our staff and over 10,000 of our students. We are looking for a proven strategic leader, with executive level experience, and a relevant and credible background in Health, Science or Engineering, able to evidence a successful track record of both delivering growth and managing change in a large and complex environment. Key to your success will be your ability to inspire both internally and externally.
